Healthcare professionals are a vital part of a healthy Louisiana. In order to assist providers in helping their patients quit tobacco use, we have provided a checklist for counseling and introduced the Fax-To-Quit Louisiana program whereby healthcare providers can make use of recommended counseling, along with pharmacotherapy to help their patients succeed.
